Topic: Do We Have A Problem? The Anatomy of an Internal Investigation
This presentation will focus on how companies can, and should, address complaints that arise from employees, whistleblowers, or other outside parties. From recognizing and evaluating complaints, to selecting an appropriate investigator and preparing an investigation work plan, this presentation will address some key considerations and factors that influence how a company best prepares for an investigation. We will also provide practice tips on methods of collecting and reviewing evidence, conducting an effective interview, and reporting investigative findings, as well as designing an effective remediation plan to address any issues identified.
